Setting Up Delta Exchange India Account with Delta global email

Below is a step-by-step guide that you can use to create your account and add funds in your Delta Exchange India account:


Please note that Delta Exchange and Delta India work independently and it is not possible to transfer funds from Delta Global to Delta India.


Step 1: Visit Delta Exchange India


Open your web browser and visit Delta Exchange India. Alternatively, you can download the Delta Exchange India mobile app from this link https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.deltaexchangeindia , available for Android.

Step 2 : Sign up with the same email address


Locate and click on the “Signup” button. Sign up using your Google account with the email id already registered with Delta Exchange Global.Doing this will help. Go to the Verification section of the profile and you can simply import your KYC in that case by clicking on “Import KYC”. By this you need not do the KYC verification with us again. Refer to the image attached below:




Step 3: Add Bank Account you wish to whitelist with us:


We require users to whitelist their bank accounts with us before initiating fund transfers. To whitelist your bank account, please ensure that the bank account belongs to you and that the name mentioned in your bank account matches the name in your PAN card. In case of any discrepancy, our team will manually verify the details from our end, which may take up to 4 hours. Click on “Add bank account” Refer to the image attached below.





Step 4: Enter the verification code:


Once you have filed in your bank details, you will receive an email verification code on the email id registered with us. Please check your spam folder if you have not received the code in your inbox. Fill in the email verification code and click on “submit OTP”. Your bank will be successfully verified from our end. Refer to the images attached below.







Step 5: Add funds

 

Navigate to the “Add funds'' option on your Delta Exchange India account profile. 

Open the net banking portal or mobile app of your bank.Then, Look for the option to make a bank transfer within the app or portal.Enter the beneficiary details as provided on your Delta Exchange platform. Refer to the image attached below.



This includes the account holder's name, account number, IFSC code, and any other required information. Choose the IMPS (Immediate Payment Service) option for quick and instant transfers.Specify the amount you wish to transfer to your Delta Exchange India account. Click on the transfer button to initiate the transaction. Follow any additional authentication steps required by your bank.


Please make sure that you are making a deposit via IMPS only using Net banking and not your UPI app which will result in the transaction getting failed. Also, any deposit attempted via NEFT will be instantly credited back to your bank account.
