How is the settlement price calculated?

Modified on Fri, 31 May at 11:42 AM

The Settlement Price, which is also referred to as the ending price, represents the 30-minute Time-Weighted Average Price (TWAP) of the underlying assets, either Bitcoin or Ethereum, at the moment of settlement. The actual change in the value of the underlying asset at the settlement time can be calculated as the difference between the settlement price and the strike price.
