My deposit transaction failed. What could be the reason?

If your deposit transaction failed, it could be due to various reasons. Here are few possibilities:

1. Non whitelisted Bank Account:

 Ensure that the bank account you are attempting to deposit is whitelisted with us.You can do this by adding your bank account first and then making a deposit using your net banking or mobile banking app.

2. Payment Mode:

Make sure to use IMPS mode only for making deposits. Attempting to deposit through a UPI app or using IMPS through a UPI app may result in transaction failure.

3. You are attempting a deposit via Bank accounts not supported by us:

4. Issue from your bank's end: Sometimes deposit transaction may fail due to an issue such as cooling period from your bank's end or that the server of your bank might be down. In such cases we request you to try again after sometime or contact your bank for the same.
