How do I enable 2 FA? Step by Step Guide

Step 1: Access the Security section of your account:

          a) Navigate to the security section of your account.

          b) Click on the option labeled "2FA Setup" to begin the process.

 


Step 2: Download the Authenticator App:

             a) Choose and download one of the authenticator apps recommended by us. Refer to the                        image attached below.

              b) Once the app is installed, click "Next" on the setup screen.



Step 3: Enable 2FA 

              a) You will see a QR code displayed on your screen

              b) Open the authenticator app on your phone and scan the QR code.


Step 4: Manual Code Entry (If needed)

              If you encounter difficulties in scanning the QR code, you can manually enter the code                         shown on the screen into the authenticator app.


Step 5: Save your Backup code:

             a) After scanning the QR code, you will be given a backup code on your Delta India screen.

             b) Save this code by writing it down somewhere secure. This backup code will be crucial in                       case you loose access to your phone. 


Step 6: Complete the Setup

          a) Click "Next" to proceed. You will receive a 2FA code via email.

          b) Enter the code into the designated field on your screen.


Step 7: Finalize the Process

            Once both codes have been entered, click the "submit" button to finalize the 2fA setup.



Your 2FA will be successfully added to your account, enhancing its security.
