Basic Troubleshooting Steps for iOS Users (Delta Exchange App)

Modified on Fri, 20 Jun at 1:51 PM

Step-by-Step Troubleshooting Guide:

1. Check Your Internet Connection
Make sure you're connected to a strong and stable Wi-Fi or mobile network. Poor connectivity may cause app features to load slowly or not at all.

2. Force Close and Reopen the App

  • Swipe up from the bottom of your screen (or double-tap the Home button on older devices).

  • Swipe up on the Delta Exchange app to close it.

  • Reopen the app to see if the issue is resolved.

3. Clear App Cache (By Reinstalling the App)
Unlike Android, iOS doesn't offer a direct cache clear option. To reset the app cache:

  • Delete the Delta Exchange app.

  • Restart your device.

  • Reinstall the app from the App Store.

4. Update the App
Outdated apps can cause bugs or crash frequently.

  • Go to the App Store → Tap on your profile icon → Scroll down to see pending updates.

  • If Delta Exchange appears, tap Update.

5. Restart Your iPhone
Sometimes a simple restart fixes app glitches:

  • Press and hold the side button + volume button → Slide to power off → Turn the phone back on.

6. Check for iOS Updates
Ensure your device is running the latest iOS version:

  • Go to Settings > General > Software Update

  • If an update is available, tap Download and Install

7. Enable App Permissions

  • Go to Settings > Delta Exchange

  • Ensure necessary permissions like Internet AccessNotifications, etc., are enabled.
