Step-by-Step Troubleshooting Guide:
1. Check Your Internet Connection
Make sure you're connected to a strong and stable Wi-Fi or mobile network. Poor connectivity may cause app features to load slowly or not at all.
2. Force Close and Reopen the App
Swipe up from the bottom of your screen (or double-tap the Home button on older devices).
Swipe up on the Delta Exchange app to close it.
Reopen the app to see if the issue is resolved.
3. Clear App Cache (By Reinstalling the App)
Unlike Android, iOS doesn't offer a direct cache clear option. To reset the app cache:
Delete the Delta Exchange app.
Restart your device.
Reinstall the app from the App Store.
4. Update the App
Outdated apps can cause bugs or crash frequently.
Go to the App Store → Tap on your profile icon → Scroll down to see pending updates.
If Delta Exchange appears, tap Update.
5. Restart Your iPhone
Sometimes a simple restart fixes app glitches:
Press and hold the side button + volume button → Slide to power off → Turn the phone back on.
6. Check for iOS Updates
Ensure your device is running the latest iOS version:
Go to Settings > General > Software Update
If an update is available, tap Download and Install
7. Enable App Permissions
Go to Settings > Delta Exchange
