Reasons for Bank Account Verification failure

We will not be able to whitelist your Bank Account if any of the following reason exists:

  1. Bank Account not belonging to you: When entering your bank details for verification, please ensure that you are providing details of your own bank account and not someone else’s.

  2. Name Mismatch: If the name provided during the KYC process differs from the name associated with your bank account, your verification may fail. It’s essential to ensure that the name in your bank account matches the name on your PAN card. If you have confirmed this and are still experiencing verification issues, please raise a Support ticket

  3. Joint Bank Accounts: If you provide details for a joint bank account during the verification process, please note that we will not be able to verify it. 

  4. Personal Bank Account: Do not add a bank account of your corporation. We only verify personal bank accounts.
