There are a few common reasons for failed bank account verifications:
Third-party bank account: You must provide your personal bank account details. Accounts under someone else’s name will not be verified.
Name mismatch: If the name on your bank account doesn’t match the name used during KYC (as per your PAN), verification will fail. Please ensure consistency in naming across your documents.
Joint bank account: Joint account details are not supported. We only verify individual bank accounts.
Corporate accounts: We do not verify company or corporate accounts. Only personal accounts are allowed.
