To complete your KYC process. Please follow the below steps:
1. Phone Number Verification:
a) Enter your mobile number.
b) Click on "Verify Now"
c) You will receive an OTP (One-time Password) via SMS.
d) Enter the OTP and click "Submit"
e) Your Phone number will be successfully verified.

2. Income and Occupation Details:
a) Click on the "Verification" section.
b) A new column will appear to fill in your income details and occupation.
c) Complete the fields and click "confirm"

3. PAN Card Verification:
a) Capture a photo of your PAN card or upload it from your gallery.
b) Ensure the image is clear and file is not greater than 6mb if you choose to upload it.
4. Verification of Details:
a) Verify your PAN details and select your Date of Birth.
b) Proceed to the next step.
5. Aadhar and Phone muber linking:
a) Click "Yes" If your Aadhar and Phone number are linked. If not proceed by clicking 'no" and follow the steps.
b) You will receive an OTP on your mobile number
c) Click continue and give permissions by clicking on "allow".
6. Selfie capture:
a) Capture a selfie with clear lighting.
b) Ensure camera permissions enabled.
Once all the steps are completed your KYC will be successfully verified. Click on the link to proceed with your KYC verification now. https://india.delta.exchange/app/account/identityVerification
Error and troubleshooting steps:
Duplicate KYC error: Please note that in Delta India each email Id and mobile number can be used once to create an account. If you reuse this information you will get an error of duplicate KYC.
To resolve this you can choose to reactivate your old account created using the above email id or mobile number in case you deleted it. To know about the reactivation process click here
