If you are encountering issues during the KYC selfie verification process please move to the settings on your device and ensure that the app has access to your camera. If the permission is not granted you may encounter errors during the selfie verification process. Grant the necessary permission and attempt to complete the selfie verification again by clicking  here


If you have confirmed that camera permission is correctly granted and still you are facing issues, please reach out to our support team by raising a support ticket support ticket. Please ensure to fill the category as "KYC" and sub-category as "Selfie Verification" to ensure your request is properly directed.
