This error means that the KYC documents you submitted (such as your PAN card or Aadhaar card) are already linked to another existing Delta Exchange account. As per our policy, one set of KYC documents can be used to verify only one account.
Reasons for Rejection:
You may have unintentionally tried to create a duplicate account using the same KYC details.
You might have forgotten that you've already registered with Delta Exchange earlier using the same documents.
What You Can Do:
If you already have an existing account, we recommend that you log in using that account instead of creating a new one.
If you are unable to access your previous account or are unaware of any other account using your documents, please raise a support ticket with us. Our team will investigate and guide you further.
Note: We follow strict verification rules to ensure compliance with regulatory norms and prevent identity duplication. Hence, a single identity can only be linked to one account on Delta Exchange India.
