You can now easily delete your Delta Exchange account from the UI. However, please ensure the following points before deleting your account:
1. Ensure your account has no funds. Once the account is deleted, you will not be able to access any remaining funds.
2. You will not be able to create a new account using the same KYC documents. If you attempt to register again with the same PAN/Aadhaar or other KYC documents, the system will detect a duplicate and show an error stating: “Account matched with an existing user” — preventing new account creation.
3. You can request reactivation of your deleted account if needed in the future.
4. Your data will be preserved in our system to meet regulatory requirements.
Note: Deleting your account will not allow you to create a new one with a different referral code using the same documents.
To delete your account:
1. Login to your Delta Exchange account.
2. On the left side of the screen, click the security button
3. Click on Delete Account
