Can Deleting My Account Help Me Change My Referral Code?

No, deleting your Delta Exchange account will not allow you to change your referral code or re-register using a different one with the same identity or KYC documents.

Here’s why:

• Referral codes are permanently linked to your account at the time of registration and cannot be changed or reassigned later.
  
  

• Even if you delete your account, you will not be able to create a new one using the same mobile number, email ID, or KYC details (such as PAN, Aadhaar, etc.).
  
  

• Our system restricts the reuse of the same identity details to ensure fairness and prevent abuse of the referral program.
  
  

What If I Registered Without a Referral Code by Mistake?

Unfortunately, once the account is created, a referral code cannot be added later. It's essential to double-check and apply the correct referral code at the time of registration.

What Can I Do Instead?

You can still refer others and earn rewards using your own referral code from the “Referral” section in the app or website.
