Why was my amount credited back to my account when I attempted to deposit?

This may occur if the deposit was attempted via NEFT or RTGS. Additionally, it may happen if our banking partner experience downtime during the deposit process. In such case, we recommend you to retry making a deposit using bank that you have whitelisted with us via IMPS mode. 

If you still encounter an issue, please raise a support ticket.
