To regain access to your account, simply follow the steps below:
Step 1: On the login page, click on the “Forgot Password” option.
Step 2: Enter your registered email address associated with your Delta Exchange account.
Step 3: You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) on your email. Enter this OTP to proceed.
Step 4: Create a new password, making sure it follows all required criteria for a strong and secure password (use a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols).
A Few Important Notes
- If you don’t receive the OTP or face any trouble during the process, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team. Providing a screenshot of the issue can help us assist you faster.
- Security First: As an added layer of protection, withdrawals will be temporarily disabled for 24 hours after your password has been changed. This is a security measure to ensure your account remains safe from unauthorized access.
